Vegan Rosemary Gluten Free Crackers

1 1/2 cups Pancake/Waffle Mix
3 Tbsp flax seed
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup water
Salt & Olive oil for coating

You will also need parchment paper.

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400F.  Cut parchment paper to size of baking sheet.

In food processor, combine dry ingredients.  Add olive oil and water and pulse until dough forms. Add water as needed, 1 tsp at a time, until a soft dough forms. Shape into a ball.

Place dough on parchment paper and roll out to 1/8“ thick. Lightly coat rolled out dough with olive oil and sprinkle salt. Transfer parchment paper with dough to baking sheet and slice into crackers.

Bake for approx 15 minutes until golden in color. Cool on baking sheet for 10 min.
