Gluten Free Pumpkin Pancakes

Gluten Free Pumpkin PancakesIngredients:
1 1/2 cups milk
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg
2 tablespoons butter or oil
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 cups Sugar & Spice Market All Purpose Flour
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined.

Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

Using Sugar & Spice Market’s Pancake Mix, follow the instructions on the back of the package and add the following:
1/2 cup pumpkin puree
1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp pumpkin spice
