Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten Free Chocolate Chip CookiesIngredients:
2 3/4 cup Sugar & Spice Market Gluten Free All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened*
1 cup packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups chocolate chips*

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.  Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl; set aside.  Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.  Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2” apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.   Makes approx. 4 dozen cookies

*Dairy Free Tip:  Use vegetable shortening or coconut oil as a replacement for butter, and dairy free chocolate chips
