3 cups gluten free all purpose flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup butter, melted
1 can cherry pie filling
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix first 3 ingredients in large bowl with spoon. Add melted butter and stir until crumbs form. Press ¾ of the crumb mixture onto bottom of a 9×9 ungreased pan. Spread canned pie filling over top of crumb bottom. Add remaining crumbs on top, breaking up the large crumbs as you sprinkle over filling. Bake in preheated oven for 30-40 min, the crumbs will start to tan.
Let cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar. When completely cool, cut and serve.
