Gluten Free Oatmeal Almond Pancakes

Gluten Free Almond Oatmeal Pancakes - Pancake Mix VersionIngredients:
1/2 cup Gluten Free Pancake/Waffle Mix
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup ground almonds or preferred nut
1 egg
2 Tbsp butter, melted or oil
3/4 cup milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon, optional


  • In a bowl, mix together all ingredients until combined.
  • Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
