Gluten Free Flour Tortillas

Quesadillas_c
Ingredients:
2 cups Sugar & Spice Market All Purpose Flour
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp of lard
1 cup warm water

Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder in medium bowl. Add lard and work into mixture with your fingers until it looks like coarse meal. Add warm water and blend until a soft dough is formed. Knead for several minutes then cover for 10 min. Divide dough into 8 balls, using the palms of your hands flatten each ball into 6 inch tortillas. Heat iron skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook tortillas one at a time until it becomes blistered and has lightly charred spots. Approx 2 min per side. Wrap in a towel to keep warm.
