Gluten Free Banana Oatmeal PancakesIngredients:
1/2 cup gluten free pancake mix
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 ripe banana, mashed
1 egg
4 Tbsp butter, melted or oil
3/4 cup milk

Combine all ingredients well. Allow batter to rest 4-5 minutes before baking. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake according to waffle iron directions.
