BACK-OF-THE-PACKAGE SUGAR COOKIE RECIPE:

You will need:
1 stick Butter, softened
1 Egg
1 tsp Vanilla

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Beat butter in medium bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla and mix until incorporated. On low speed, gradually add entire contents of cookie mix and continue mixing until dough forms.
  3. Roll dough into 1” balls and place 2” apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms are lightly golden.

Makes approx. 3 dozen cookies.

Optional: Sprinkle with your favorite sugar immediately after removing cookies from oven.
