BACK-OF-THE-PACKAGE PANCAKE & WAFFLE RECIPES:
You will need:
1 Cup Mix
3/4 Cup Milk
2 Tbsp Butter, melted
1. Heat skillet over medium heat to 350°F.
2. Combine all ingredients and stir until large lumps disappear (do not beat or over-mix). Let stand 3 minutes to thicken.
3. Pour slightly less than ¼ cup of batter for each pancake onto lightly greased skillet.
4. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown.

Heat waffle iron. Combine 1 cup Sugar & Spice Market Pancake/Waffle Mix, ¾ cup milk, 1 egg and 4 Tbsp. butter, melted; stir until large lumps disappear. For best results, allow batter to rest 4-5 minutes before baking. Pour desired amount of batter into lightly greased waffle iron. Bake according to waffle iron directions.
