INGREDIENTS: SUGAR, RICE FLOUR (WHITE RICE FLOUR, BROWN RICE FLOUR, SWEET RICE FLOUR), COCOA (PROCESSED WITH ALKALI), POTATO STARCH, MODIFIED TAPIOCA STARCH, SALT, XANTHAN GUM.

BACK-OF-THE-PACKAGE BROWNIE RECIPE:
You Will Need:
6 Tbsp Butter, melted
1/4 Cup Water
- Heat oven to 350°F or 325°F for dark or glass pan.
- Combine Brownie mix, butter, eggs and water in medium bowl until well blended. Spread in greased pan.
- Bake as directed below or until toothpick inserted 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean. Cool. To cut brownies easily, cut with plastic knife.
9×9 pan: 28-34 minutes
8×8 pan: 35-40 minutes
Optional: For cake-like brownies use 3 eggs.
Variations: Add chocolate chips and/or nuts.
