CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE RECIPE:
Chocolate Chip Cookies
You will need:
2 3/4 cup Sugar & Spice Market Gluten Free all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup butter (2 sticks), softened
1 cup dark brown sugar, packed down
½ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups chocolate chips
- Heat oven to 375°F.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in small bowl; set aside.
- Beat butter, sugars, and vanilla in a large bowl until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Gradually beat in flour mixture; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
- Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 2” apart onto ungreased baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool.
Makes approx. 4 dozen cookies
